Defense acquisition specialist with extensive experience in Israeli military procurement. Served in key roles at the Ministry of Defense, including Army Acquisition, Air Force Acquisition, personnel director and International Logistics. Led the Army Acquisition team at the Mission to the USA.

Studies in Aeronautics and Industrial Management, FAR, federal acquisition regulation at   ALMC Army School, Virginia. Former Head of Syndicate at the IMOD. Currently initiating industrial collaboration between Israel and Romania in the defense sector.

Mr. Aurel Cazacu is an aviation engineer and colonel in reserve, born in Romania in 1960. Mr. Cazacu is the former general manager and board chairman of National Company Romtehnica (2001-2003), board chairman of National Company Romarm (2005-2007) and managing director in the Ministry of Economy, General Director for Defense Industry and Special Issues (2005-2009). Mr. Cazacu Proved to be an excellent manager with innovative ideas. Succeeding 7 years in the commercial navy of Romania and also in Israel as a naval officer, he lived in Israel thereafter the Mandatory Military Service.

He started proceeding work in flight security of the National Aviation Company EL AL. He has engaged there for 15 whole years.
